The reference library of the IFHV encompasses more than 2,000 monographs, countless articles in edited volumes, collections and journals. Since autumn 2009 the comprehensive inventory has been fully integrated into the online library catalogue (OPAC) at Ruhr University Bochum. This enables library users to research online not only regarding to subjects as general international law, international humanitarian law and human rights law but also to adjacent scientific fields and disciplines of humanitarian assistance.
