IFHV's Carolin Funke published a new book "Durable Solutions: Challenges with Implementing Global Norms for Internally Displaced Persons in Georgia".
Focusing on Georgia, this book presents a theoretical and empirical study on the implementation of durable solutions for internally displaced persons. Building on extensive field research, and successfully combining approaches from humanitarian studies, International Relations, and organizational sociology, this book explains the interaction of norms and actors at and among three societal levels: the international, national, and local.
