<p>Prof. Dr . Dennis Dijkzeul returned to the IFHV after undertaking two weeks of field study on resilience in southwestern Chad. His research is part of our Institute's cooperation with Caritas and its local partners in Nigeria, Cameroon, and Chad. They serve communities that are deeply affected by both Boko Haram and climate change. The study provides an input for a project om improving resilience by focusing on food securtiy and local protection for approximately 40,000 people.</p>
