Bliecke discusses reform of German abortion law in light of CRPD

Theresia Degener is a retired professor of law and disability studies in Bochum and former chair of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Geneva.
Vanessa Bliecke is a Research Associate and PhD candidate at the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (IFHV), Ruhr-University Bochum.
