Abstract

This working paper has been published under the same title as part of the project “Phase 2 - Leave No One Behind! Mainstreaming Disability in Humanitarian Action“ in cooperation with Handicap International - Humanity and Inclusion Germany, Christian Blind Mission, and the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict. Hence, it uses a barrier-free lay-out to enable access by a great diversity of people. The report is re-published within the IFHV Working Paper Series with permission of the authors after a blind peer-review process.
